All this time spent in lockdown is certainly taking its toll on our mental health by now but with the easing of Circuit Breaker measures, the light is perhaps, now visible at the end of the tunnel.

Sarvangasana or Shoulder Stand is a wonderful posture to lift the spirits up. Getting into this pose demands just enough focus to slow down mental chatter through breath work and helps facilitate self-acceptance through the release of feel-good hormones.
