B Yoga FIT

Break a sweat in this dynamic, high-energy class designed to elevate your heart rate and fire up your muscles 🔥 Move with the breath as you build strength, flexibility, and balance through intelligent, creatively sequenced flows that both challenge and inspire. It also doubles as a moving meditation, sharpening mental focus and leaving you feeling clear, grounded, and energised.

B Yoga FIT Light

A slower, more accessible introduction to my signature class. Perfect for beginners or those new to flow, with a stronger focus on alignment and mastering foundational postures. More complex movements and transitions are broken down progressively to prepare you for the full experience.

B Yoga STRONG

Intense and fast-paced, this class builds endurance while toning the entire body. Expect targeted work across major muscle groups, core, shoulders, arms, hips, and thighs, with the option of added weights to increase intensity. Best suited for those ready to level up.

B Yoga BALANCED

A thoughtful blend of effort and ease, strength and release. This class draws on the restorative aspects of yoga through mindful sequencing that supports recovery, regulates the nervous system, and promotes overall balance, leaving you feeling reset, restored, and recharged.
