Therapy Yoga is a specialised practice for those with health issues/ pre-existing conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, glaucoma, etc. and/or recovering from injuries to manage symptoms and physical discomforts and prevent further damage or deterioration.

3-class trial offer is not applicable but you can try a one-off session for FREE if you purchase a full 12 class package on the same day.
