Therapy Yoga is a specialised practice designed for those with pre-existing conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, glaucoma, or those recovering from injuries. Sessions focus on managing symptoms, relieving discomfort, and preventing further strain or deterioration.

The 3-class trial is not applicable. However, you may enjoy a complimentary first session when you purchase a full 12-class package on the same day.
