How to Start the Week Right

Parsva Balasana or Thread the Needle Pose is a favourite tension-releasing posture that relieves stiffness in the back, shoulders and neck making it a perfect stretch after an eventful weekend. 🥰

Straighten one leg and bend the other as in my variation here which I’m calling Extended Needle Pose, to add a balancing element that also tones the thighs and core and enhances mental focus.
