Payment Policy: To avoid disruption to your practice, please settle full lesson fees 3 days before your package commencement date. Electronic transfer via PayNow or PayLah preferred. Credit Card payment via PayPal is available with existing service fees (3.9% + S$0.50) added to the total. Note that lesson slots are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment therefore classes may be cancelled without prior notice if fees are not received on time.Receipt of payment confirms that you agree with and abide by the Terms and Conditions of Service without reservations. Due date may be deferred upon request but will incur a 10% compounded late payment surcharge for every week payment is delayed after a 1 week grace period.

Class Timing: Time slots and frequency may vary on a week to week basis with prior approval by both parties. Please request for any change in schedule at least 48 hours in
advance. Note that classes are held only from Monday to Saturday, between 7am-12nn and excluding Public Holidays. Any other timings may be available upon request. Lessons that fall on Public Holidays will be rescheduled accordingly.

Validity Period: Varies depending on class frequency. Extensions (up to a maximum of 1 month) only with valid medical reasons or travel periods longer than 1 week (with doctor’s note or booking details). Makeup slots and package extensions will be provided on account of my own personal emergencies and travel periods. If travel periods and/ or medical leaves go beyond the maximum 1 month extension allowed, a PAUSE FEE (see below, Package Pause Option) is necessary to extend validity. Please note that DUO/ GROUP packages may not be extended if only one member, or fewer than half of the group, cannot attend the class and the rest can be reasonably expected to continue.

Cancellation Policy: Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid penalties. A 50% LATE CANCEL FEE is chargeable on cancellations made less than 12 hours but more than 2 hours before class is scheduled to start. Cancellations under 2 hours forfeit the class. If the class is scheduled to start between 0700-0900, canceling in the wee
hours, between 2300-0700, still forfeits the class even if the notice is technically more than 2 hours. AT LEAST ONE WEEK NOTICE is required, preferably in writing (via SMS) if you will be away for longer than 1 week and need to cancel multiple classes. Please provide all inclusive dates, intended last day of lesson and intended date of resumption. 2 WEEKS ADVANCED NOTICE please if you do not intend to renew your package or need to stop lessons permanently. Late notice will incur a LATE NOTICE FEE calculated at 25% of the total value of all affected lesson slots.

Slot Retainer Fee: Your regular lesson slots are not guaranteed and will be subject to availability if you have to pause your practice for a period LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS regardless of the reason, whether valid or not. If your schedule is generally inflexible, you may opt to pay a RETAINER FEE, calculated at 30% of the total value of all affected classes, to secure your preferred timing/s upon your return.

Package Pause Option: If travel periods and/or medical leaves go beyond the maximum allowed 1 month extension (see above, Validity Period), a PAUSE FEE, calculated at 30% of the total value of remaining classes, is necessary to extend package validity for another month. Please opt to pause your package validity if you are
experiencing sudden dramatic changes to your schedule (e.g. sharp increase in frequency of business and/or leisure
travel, onset of chronic illnesses) that prevent you from maintaining a reasonable practice consistency. You may further choose to transfer your package to a third party if resumption of regular classes within a reasonable amount of time is difficult (see below, Package Transfer).

Refund Policy: All transactions are final and no refunds can be made although packages may be transferred under certain conditions, outlined in the next section below. For DUO/ GROUP classes, lesson fees will not be
adjusted/ prorated on account of fewer people attending the class.

Package Transfer: Strictly no sharing of packages except for packages of 20 classes which may be shared by up to 2pax. In cases of permanent relocation, serious accidents or prolonged illnesses, packages may be transferred to a third party for a fee. Transfer fee calculated at 30% of the total value of remaining classes to be transferred. A
surcharge may also be applicable if the location, frequency and time slots required are significantly different from the original arrangement.
